Membership must be presented at the time of availing services.

Benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

4 Partner Responsibility

Healthcare services are provided solely by partner hospitals/clinics.

VanceVision Healthcare Solutions LLP is not responsible for medical outcomes, quality of treatment or pricing decisions of partners.

5 Pricing & Changes

Membership pricing, benefits and partner network may change without prior notice.

Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to membership termination.

6 Limitation of Liability

VanceVision Healthcare Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:

• Medical negligence
• Service denial by partner providers
• Indirect or consequential losses

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be City – Sanawad, Madhya Pradesh.
