1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged for access to discounted healthcare services and platform administration.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment
Technical error during transaction
Membership not activated due to system failure
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
Membership benefits have been used (even once)
User chooses not to use the membership
Partner availability changes
Membership validity expires
4. Cancellation
Membership once activated cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase if benefits are unused.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
