1.About this policy

VanceVision Healthcare Solutions LLP (“VanceVision”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who uses our website and our healthcare membership and partner services (“you”).

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website vancevision.in, interest registration and member forms, partner enquiry forms, and membership services. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under them.

VanceVision is a healthcare access and facilitation platform. We are not an insurance company and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2.Information we collect

We collect only what we need, in these categories:

  • Identity details: name, age, gender.
  • Contact details: mobile number, email address, address and city.
  • Membership details: plan chosen, membership ID, activation and renewal dates.
  • Payment details: transaction reference, amount, date and status. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. [Confirm: we do not store card, UPI or net-banking credentials.]
  • Partner enquiry details: organisation name, contact person, contact details, type of service offered and your message.
  • Messages you send us: subject and content of your enquiries.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not collect or store sensitive medical records, diagnoses or prescriptions. Please do not include health information in forms or messages you send us.

3.Why we use your information

We use your personal data only for the purposes below, and only after you have given your consent (for example, by submitting a form and ticking the consent box), or where the law allows or requires it:

  • to register your interest, and to activate and manage your healthcare membership;
  • to verify your membership at partner hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and pharmacies;
  • to send membership details, launch updates, renewal reminders and service messages;
  • to respond to enquiries and provide customer and partner support;
  • to process payments and maintain accounting records;
  • to improve our services and website, and to keep them secure;
  • to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see Section 11). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and we may be unable to continue a service that depends on that data.

4.Who we share it with

We share only limited information, and only as needed, with:

  • partner hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and pharmacies, solely to verify your membership;
  • payment gateway providers, to complete your transactions;
  • service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (such as hosting, email and messaging tools), who are bound to use the data only on our instructions and keep it confidential;
  • courts, government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we remain responsible for protecting your data.

5.How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Interest registrations and enquiries are kept for up to [12 months] unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you become a member. When data is no longer needed, we erase or anonymise it.

6.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

7.Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

8.Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
  • ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
  • get your grievance addressed by us, and, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time prescribed by law.

9.Children

Our services are meant for adults aged 18 and above. If you add a family member who is under 18 to a membership, you confirm that you are their parent or lawful guardian and consent to the use of their data for that membership. We do not knowingly collect a child’s data without this consent, and we do not track or target children with advertising.

10.Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will tell you through the website or by email, and where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
