Refund Policy

1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged for access to discounted healthcare services and platform administration.

2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error during transaction
• Membership not activated due to system failure

3 Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

• Membership benefits have been used (even once)
• User chooses not to use the membership
• Partner availability changes
• Membership validity expires

4 Cancellation

Membership once activated cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase if benefits are unused.

5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
